2. Service Description
Irish Driver's Test is an independent practice simulator platform that provides realistic practice questions and mock exams for the Irish driving theory test. Our questions are based on real exam content and official materials to help you prepare effectively. IMPORTANT: This platform is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Road Safety Authority (RSA) of Ireland or any government entity. This is an independent educational tool for practice purposes only.
3. Subscription and Payments
We offer a free trial of 5 questions. Full access requires a weekly subscription of €5. Subscriptions are processed through Stripe and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update your information as needed.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including questions, images, and design, is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
6. Educational Purpose and Disclaimer
This platform is designed for educational and practice purposes only. While our questions are based on real exam content and we strive to maintain accuracy, we do not guarantee that using our service will result in passing the official RSA theory test. The official test is administered solely by the Road Safety Authority of Ireland. We are not responsible for any test results, and users should verify all information with official RSA sources.
7. Content and Accuracy
Our practice questions are carefully curated to reflect real exam scenarios. However, the official RSA theory test may include different questions, formats, or updated content. We regularly update our materials but cannot guarantee that our content exactly matches the current official test. Users are encouraged to supplement their preparation with official RSA materials.
8. Refund Policy
Given the digital nature of our service and immediate access upon subscription, we do not offer refunds once a subscription period has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be provided for the current subscription period.
9. Limitation of Liability
Irish Driver's Test and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to: failure to pass the official theory test, loss of time or money, or any other damages. This is a practice tool only.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; use the service for any illegal purpose; attempt to copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content; use automated tools to scrape or extract data; interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your access to the service will be immediately revoked.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
